Parque da Pedra – ursprünglich wohl Kletter- und Mountainbikeparadies, ist er jetzt nur noch ein Paradies für Mountainbiker. Die Kletteranlage für Kinder, die Boulderingwände und die große
Toprope-Wand sind unbeaufsichtigt, in keinem guten Zustand und größtenteils nicht mehr gefahrlos gebrauchbar.
Ich habe diesen Ort im letzten Herbst als Trainingsort für Le Parkour entdeckt; nun bin ich mit einem Freund zurückgekehrt, um die Umgebung etwas genauer unter die Lupe, oder besser: vor die
Kamera zu nehmen. Es ist wirklich wunderschön dort!
Der Park liegt im Wald und befindet sich weit in den Außenbezirken Lissabons, sodass sich kaum jemals genügend Autos dorthin verirren, um auffälligen Lärm zu erzeugen. Gerade auch der Fakt, dass es dort wirkliche Felsformationen mit kleinen Höhlen darunter gibt, hat es mir angetan und ich werde noch oft an diesen Ort der Ruhe zurückkehren, um mich zu entspannen und die Natur weiter zu erkunden.

Parque da Pedra – once a paradise for climbers and mountainbikers, is now just a paradise for mountainbikers. The climbing facilities for children, the bouldering walls and the big top-rope wall are unattended, in bad condition and, for the most part, not usable without endangering yourself.
I have discovered this place as a spot for training Parkour in last autumn; now I returned with a friend to have a closer look at the environment. It’s really beautiful!
The park is located in a forest and lies in the outskirts of Lisbon, so that nearly never there are enough cars driving around to make noticeable noise. Especially the fact that there are real rock formations with even little caves beneath them to be found excited me; I will often return to this calm place to relax and further explore the nature.
